2003 Jayco as is for 3k.
This is over 20 years old and has the dings and dents you'd expect. It had leaked in the past and has some rot on the back wall. It's not currently leaking, we didn't think it was cost-effective to fix it. There's a soft spot on the bathroom floor. If it's not hooked up to a water source, it'll need a water pump. In the next couple of years, it'll need roof coat. 
The a/c, heat, and fridge all work. There are no current leaks.
